Analytics

This site uses PostHog to understand how it is used: which pages are visited and how visitors move between them. Requests are sent through this site's own domain and IP addresses are anonymised before any event is stored. Nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers.

To opt out, enable "Do Not Track" in your browser; this site honours it and collects nothing when it is set.

Contact and waitlist forms

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. The waitlist form asks for your email address. Each asks for your agreement before it can be sent, and we use what you send only for what that agreement says: replying to your enquiry, or sending the updates you asked for.

With each message we also record:

  • the page of this site it was sent from, and when;
  • which version of the agreement you gave, and a fingerprint of its wording;
  • a keyed, one-way fingerprint of your email address, so that we can find everything you sent if you ask us to erase it.

To stop a form being sent over and over, we count how often forms are sent from each IP address in a short window. Only a keyed, one-way fingerprint of the address is kept for that count, never the address itself, and it is not stored with your message.

What you send is encrypted before it is stored by the service that runs these forms for us, and only that service holds the keys to open it. Our own team reads it by signing in to that service. Each time it is opened to be read there, by our team or by the service's own staff, the opening is recorded. We keep it until you ask us to erase it; ask, and we will delete everything sent from your email address.

Nothing you send through either form is used to look up information about you or your company.

Both forms are protected from automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs a check in your browser when you start filling a form in, and when you send the form its result is confirmed with Cloudflare along with your IP address. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers the information that check uses.
